Carb cycling is when you increase and decrease your carbs throughout the week. I typically set this up with clients so higher carb days are the more demanding training days like back or legs and or weaker body part trying to improve upon. The lower carb days being off days and less demanding training days. This changes based on the person though. There is not necessarily a write or wrong way to do it. Just different ways.
Great video and maybe that’s a great question to have answered on your channel… What is happening overnight when you do a high carb day and LOSE weight? Wouldn’t you hold more water due to the higher carbs than usual? I’ve noticed the same thing as I wake up after high carb days 1-.5lbs less than the day before the high carb day.
My believe is that when the body gets to that state it’s based on the metabolism and when you increase the carbs it gives it a even bigger spike or more fuel to the 🔥 + carbs will lower cortisol and even help you sleep better.
