This game rocks, I haven't been this excited for a VR multiplayer game in a while. You're right about the polish on everything, except the menus lol - god they've gotta hire a UX guy. Also hoping they add some volume controls, the guns are so loud (not even to mention that obscene "squad eliminated" sound jesus)

My biggest issue with the game is how small the circle starts out, which ends up closing off almost half the map, from the start. I hope they change it to give us the entire map for at least 2 or 3 minutes before the circle even starts. And maybe attempt to get 100-player servers, if at all possible.

Oof, not in the slightest. lol The map is janky because it needs to be optimized for 60 players in one game, but the guns are ridiculously clean. Scopes are crisp, and they have a stabilization slider in the settings to even help with stability when aiming, at the cost of some quick movements if that's what you want. Some people might be talking about how the time to kill in this game can get pretty up there sometimes, but that's because armor is in the game as a mechanic. If someone has armour remaining then the guns might initially seem weak. If the armour is already gone though and someone's forgotten to replace it, TTK is QUICK.
