FLkey Mini features a velocity-sensitive keyboard. If you would like all notes to output the same velocity, you should find that you can open up the MIDI Settings in FL Studio and set, Link note on velocity to - [none]. When that option is selected, FL Studio will ignore the note velocities sent by FLkey Mini and assign a fixed velocity to all notes.
