This is such an amazing episode. When Tania Omotayo said she started her fashion business and failed 4 times before finally getting it right. It made me finally think that it's okay to have failed at my first shoe business. I now feel reassured that I can always trying again applying the lessons I learned. I'm definitely recommending this episode to my friends. ☺

Once they know your age , you notice a rapid drop down of respect which was mutual before.... some start to look down on you and talk to you anyhow My answer for that is LEND YOURSELF A VOICE you do not have to be disrespectful like them , you should voice out every single time and do not entertain any disrespect from any one make sure you reject it either in voice or smartness especially when you're not in Nigeria, then you're Black, a female, and young I'm glad I came across this

Well,even as a female, I have gotten the don't speak when I am speaking from female bosses. The men have encouraged growth, but the women only see threat even when it's another woman.
