Nice Mod- Id have tried to get the new motor working off the old controller. I have played with phase wires and hall switches on my first ebike some years back, so I know what to expect. Unusual for a motor to burn out.
I guess Im asking the wrong place but does anyone know of a way to get back into an instagram account..? I was dumb lost the password. I would appreciate any tips you can offer me!

Hi tristatetech, having had my L026 for around 6 months, and only covered 88 Miles the motor has burnt out. I have contacted Samebike but as yet no response. I was looking at your Voilamart conversion but as others post suggest the existing battery does not have sufficient amperage and a new 11.5amp one is a fortune. Please can you let me know where you got your replacement motor from as I think this would be the better option for me. Thankyou.
Mine burnt out after 2 weeks, just under 400km. Seller sent me replacement motor as warranty is for 1 year. I was told by my local bike shop that this is a common problem as the cogs need to be replaced every so often. This is indicated by an 07 or 09 error code. You will also hear clicking from the motor. I regret ever buying this piece of Chinese garbage.
Hi i am really impressed with the upgrade to the bigger motor on your samebike l026, I am thinking about doing the same with mine! I have 2 questions for you 1 we're all the cables long enough and 2 the battery has a number of male connectors which ones did you use for the soldered connector Thanks in advance.
I have an LO26 350W bike and have done the same conversion, it all worked well for the first two weeks but now the LCD switches off for no apparent reason, I have two batteries both 48v 10.4ah and I get the same problem with both batteries I've checked the wiring and can't find any faults . Do you have any idea what might be wrong?
Hi sorry didn't see this vid. So whats your verdict on the 1000w motor i have the lo26 500w and it seems a bit weak . Do you have a link for that motor
The 1000W is silent as it is a direct drive, thats what I like. You have to reduce the current setting and the max top speed P8 and P14 to get a decent range. Just look on Ebay for 1000W Voilamart,
