Converting PowerApps from one layout to another 

You deserve an honorary doctorate for this help. Microsoft should make it possible to switch between phone and tablet (or monitor version) out of the box.

TY! I used this to switch my phone app to a tablet app and it worked! It was the 1st app I ever created for work and was the most important - I incorrectly set it up as phone in error... SOO helpful! I've made several since but hated the idea of redoing all my work for a tablet format. Really appreciate your videos, they're easy to follow and very helpful!

It worked! You definitely have to use a zip editor. Dragging the updated properties file around in Windows does not work.

Hi Todd, thank you very much for the straightforward guide. I am with you all the way until you change it back from a .zip file. The problem is that ".zip" simply does not appear at the end of the file and I cannot figure out a way to change it so that it becomes a .msapp file again. How do I do it?
