Also you can tell he loves to teach he never has a problem communicating what he’s doing it’s almost like he has such a passion for cooking and it brings him so much joy he wants everyone to be a good cook and experience something close.

I like Gordon because he lives it. He knows the difference between a dish being flashy and executable. And most importantly, although he does salt and pepper almost everything, he knows there are more spices out there than salt and pepper. Too many chefs think seasoning is salt and pepper. It's 2020, we have access to more spices than ever before, start experimenting.

His family is incredibly lucky. Not only do they likely have the best meals ever, they are learning to cook better than most people in the world. What I wouldn't do to spend 1 month in Gordon's kitchen just watching. I'm sure his Master Class does just that!
