This vehicle has AZ tags. You DO NOT need to conform with WV law on tint on an out-of-state vehicle. This was an illegal stop from the beginning. He had no probable cause to stop him and never claims a legal reason for the stop in any records. IMO, this is one of the unstated reasons why this man had his charges dropped. Right?? It's always so funny to watch police officers fake overdoses. I've seen 2 overdoses in person. In fact, I did CPR on both of them and got them emergency medical help. The portrayal of overdoses in this video is completely inaccurate. These "Cop Overdoses by Standing Near Opiates" cases seem to be placebo like panic attacks. These cops have seemingly hyped up the danger of fentanyl so much in their minds that they've convinced themselves that they somehow overdosed just from being near Fentanyl. I've noticed patterns in these "ODs". I thought I'd break down the big differences between these fake overdoses and real ones. FAKE Overdose * Hyperventilating * Talking and alert * Fast heart rate REAL Overdose * Unconscious * Not Breathing/No pulse * Occasional gurgling noises * Reacts immediately to narcan; possibly coming out of the overdose throwing up or getting violent Once you've witnessed a real overdose, it becomes apparent how fake these police overdose videos are. If these officers were actually overdosing, they would not be able to talk, speak, or breathe on their own. You're either overdosing or you're not. There's no in between.

@denniscarney5249
@denniscarney5249 Год назад
Actually, I just went back to the opening segment and played it at .25 speed. The suspect/client does appear to yank his left hand upward as the female cop approaches. (Also observed she was adjusting the volume knob not the antenna) HOWEVER, if he had thrown it at that instant, I would anticipate it hitting the ground by the time she arrives. Therefore I do conclude she was planting the drugs and stand by my original assertion the tinkering with the walkie-talkie was meant to obscure her action.

And then revised it one more time. Then in the deposition or whatever he gave even another story. I asked the public defender if that was legal. Then, seconds later, she throws a second bag - white this time - also to the ground. At 12:33 she throws another bag - apparently white - to the ground on slightly diffrent trajectory. This bag strikes the ground off camera and give off a puff of white smoke seen billowing to the right. If THAT was A drug, and if that was THE drug that caused the other officer to pretend to OD, then the female officer is guilty of throwing the drug into his face.
