BUSTED AND CAUGHT ON CAMERA STEALING CASH
The morning that this happened I got up went to the bank withdrew 100$ (5/20$ bills) took three and tossed them on the seat and two I folded up nice and tucked them in my wallet for later and drove to Fleet Farm to buy some lead weights I took the change from the purchase and jammed it in my pocket (approx 20/5/1$) and drove to this spot all excited to do a day of fishing! so I parked took my gear out and went to the dam
The officer approached me asked for my ID and license and then out of the blue said " I smell weed" I get mad and said to him yeah I ate it, he said you ate it? and I said "I ate the whole pound" just being a smartass to him and he uses that opportunity to start looking through my stuff and search me When he tells me to empty my pockets on the chair I put the loose change on the chair and a big wind picks up the 20 and the 5 and they fly into the water I retrieve them with my rod as he keeps going through my stuff anyways when he goes through my wallet he takes something out and puts it behind the little notebook and tells me to pick up my stuff and when my back was turned and sleight of hand he takes what he had behind the notepad and does a quick tuck into his front pocket and then all of a sudden wants to go to the truck with a quickness which I thought was a bit strange and its also that moment he realized I had a camera about 30' back (zoom was bad to get whole shot of area) and asked if I could shut it off before we went to the truck he said no and kept walking ,On the way to the truck he asked if I videoed anything that just happened and I said no, I didnt want to card or camera confiscated so I kept my mouth shut on the way to the truck
At the truck, he accused me of being under the influence gave me the ticket, and left I was suspicious after he said that so I walked to the other end of the park and he was parked there waiting for me to drive out of that spot with my truck as soon as he saw me walk up he screeched the tires out of there I kept walking to 2nd street West and lock and dam road he was sitting down the block watching the exit I was like "why?" anyways I walked the mile to my house and the neighbors took me back and rescued my truck this was a very messed up experience that I have never dealt with before and hope to never go through again It's not about the money anymore it is just about me telling my story, my side of what happened
