This week’s Ride Beyond Crew quarantine video is about how to work on your body core. Often ignored by cyclists, but actually even more important as a lot of riders have troubles with their body mobility. Ride Beyond Crew members Martijn and Mike have the same struggle. Personal Trainer Rens teaches them some lessons on how to improve their body stability and mobility.

Well, the first and the last exercices were well, but the others in between... i have to build a foundation.

maybe turn down the music a little, you guys were hard to understand. At least in the intro; I looked for a different video after that, so no idea if it got better later ;)
