Loving these videos. I have been doing 15/30 minute workouts daily. They are less intimidating than full yoga workouts and so I am getting into a really great routine. I absolutely love working with you Cole!
I love this ab work! I am in the process of getting back into shape, and this really helped to boost my confidence. I like how the moves are relatively simple, but you can make them as challenging as you please.

Cole I really like this video even though I do 100 sit-ups everyday I also prefer this every other day. I can feel my abs and I do get sweaty when I do this workout which I love and my fav is pulling rope and not getting ice cream 😂😂 please upload more ab workout 🙌🏻

Cole thank you so much for your videos! I'm a begginer and Ive wanted to try yoga for so long but everytime in the past ive done it a few days and felt like i was doing everything wrong and quit. Going on 3 weeks now of your yoga vids 5 times a week and loving the strengh im finding. I think im doing the side planks wrong i dont feel it in my core just my arms any suggestions?
Couldn't do this one very well, my right wrist is pretty sore after working a 10 hour shift. Maybe I should do these after I wake up, I'm probably more likely to them after work though than before. I suppose I will have to deal with it until my wrists are stronger. Thanks for the videos, I have a bit of plantar fascitis, lymphadema in the legs, sore knee, lower back pain, an ankle that is refusing to heal making it so I can't skateboard properly and overall tightness especially in my calves. All this at a bit before 30. Been neglecting my physical well being for far too long now. Hope to do some yoga/stretching daily, even if it's a little to start.
Wowwww this was tough! I have a question maybe you know: whenever I do yoga especially in positions like downward dog or planks, my elbows hurt really bad, do you have any suggestions as to what I could do/how to fix this?
Cole, I want to focus on my core but most of this video is murder on my wrists and hands. I have tried doing what I can with a firm pillow under my palms but I still have quite a bit of pain in my wrist. Any tips, tricks, or different core sequence you recommend?

okay, so they say there comes a time in your yogi-life where you enter into a love/hate relationship with your mat and your teacher. This sequence was it. Thank you Cole, my abs are crying, but I'm blowing you kisses, my mat however, I will probably side-eye for a day or two 😊😘
I really don’t like core work out, crunches are my most hated type of exercise, thank you for this alternative. More obliques, more after baby work out. I am currently stuck on my extra 7 pounds post baby weight. Need to drop 15 -20 over all by next summer.
The difficulty bar of this core workout was risen even further due to a small, very cute and highly mischievous puppy attacking the sock located on my very foot in all balancing poses!:-D Other than that I appreciated small rests inserted between the challenging asanas - oases of peace and tranquility.
