Warning: Don't listen to this with headphones! The exercises are solid, but the audio is very quiet in the beginning, then the timer starts and it's about 100 times louder than the rest of the audio.

Good video really helped me out, in the beginning i could not do the full program. But after a month i have cut the timer and just focused on more reps. And my back pain is now gone. Keep up the good work. Doing the training every second day, feels good.
