I've never had Corn Chowder! Your recipe looks like a must try!! And I agree, ditch the peel and it IS a soup.

It looks good! But why you used low sodiom broth and then add salt?

Hi! Regular broth has a lot of salt and I like to control the amount of salt added to the soup. So that's why I use low sodium broth and then add a pinch of salt to taste! I hope this helps :)
