I got diagnosed at 22. I am now 44. I managed it exclusively with eyeglasses. It's not the best vision as my cylinder is in the 4s, BUT after being fitted for contact lenses by the BEST KC cl fitters in Atlanta and Los Angeles, I have realized that contact lenses are not for me. I tried rgps, hybrids, schlerals, and softs. It always felt like dirt or eggshells were on my eyes. Thanks for keeping us updated.

I'm looking into getting cross linking surgery. The really scary thing for me is I'm legally blind in my other eye. So I'm going to be pretty much helpless afterwards .

I am 23 years old and I have keratoconus. I had cross linking in my left eye but my right was far too gone. I had check up and said nothing had change or got worse. I’m asking do you drive?
