Corned Beef and Cabbage Pantry Meal | Pressure Canned Corned Beef Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
1 pd. of canned or leftover corned beef
*save fat and liquid if you have
1 cup diced onions
3-4 cups diced cabbage
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
In a skillet on medium heat add butter and corned beef fat and onions.
Cook and stir for 2 minutes.
Add cabbage, salt and black pepper. Cook and stir until cabbage is to your
desired tenderness and this will take about 15 minutes.
Occasionally add water/beef liquid and cover to help steam and cook the cabbage.
Add seasonings to taste.
Add corned beef and stir to incorporate. Cook 1-2 minutes to heat the meat
through.
Serve and enjoy.
