Well another journey, we’re off to Cornwall and we got a parking ticket. Western super-mare are the worst for parking, no signs about motorhomes or campers that I could see, so we paid for all day parking £5.50. When we returned , we found a parking ticket on the windscreen. I challenged the notice to be told wrong category of vehicle. Buses were allowed, cars were allowed, trucks were allowed, but apparently no motorhomes and you have 14 days to pay or it will double.
A very short sighted council, and no compassion towards an outsider who has spent money in the town on lunch and coffees etc and did the right thing in paying for the day, disgusting.
I can rant and rave as much as I want, but life goes on and I will never go back to western super mare.
We have arrived at cheddar Gorge and what a lovely place
