I would class Jude as one of soaps alltime biggest wimps, he was bullied by those guys at the gift shop (best not try work on a building site with real men), gets pushed around by Angie and did nothing when Adam kissed his wife except sit there with his tail between his legs. Just awful.

Well Gerry's axing in May didn't go down well at all and neither did Rebecca's kidnap story last month. If he does learn a lesson it'd have to be quick. Honestly if I was in charge, I'd have Emmerdale be the more " dramatic, keeps you on the edge of your seat" soap, with Corrie being the more "grab a glass and relax" soap.
If ITV wants both soaps to be successful, they need to have them contrast so they work together. They can't use Emmerdale to test the producers before going onto Corrie.
Peter tried this in prison once, all it seemed to do was piss Jim off. It's sad to see such a great character that was once a hard do-gooding family man, turned into a no-good wife-beating gangster. The tragedy of Jim Mcdonald is quite apparent in these episodes.
Exactly, Jim used to be a good guy with a temper who could handle himself, he got worse and worse everytime he re appeared until he ended up as a wannnabe gangster who got others to do his dirty work for him and pretended his and lizs dead daughter was still alive 😂
