This is part 2 of a 3 part series where I have been converting the Rebel over to some Corsa products. In part 1, I replaced the factory intake with Corsa air intake system utilizing there PowerCore dry filter. In this movie I install Corsa's Sport Catback system. In part 3 I will take the Sport to the extreme with Corsa's resonator delete pipe.
This exhaust kit sounds amazing on the Rebel even in its Sport format and definitely lives up to the Corsa name.

I have this in my 2020 Laramie. From the outside of my truck, it sounds amazing! From the inside of my truck, you can barely hear it lol.

Very nice. I traded in my Scat Pack Charger for a new Rebel. Your exhaust cold start is slightly more aggressive than the Charger. Sounds great. I’m sure my neighbors miss the Charger, so a Corsa setup may be in their future.

you do not have to lift the truck up to remove stock exhaust in one piece, all you have to do is drop the spare tire and remove the DS spare tire shield ( 3 10mm bolts) easy peezy

Did you have to loosen the endlinks and jack up the truck like you did for the kooks install? Great video as always you have become my go to everything Ram install, thanks for sharing.

Because I was removing the kooks kit it was very easy to remove without much additional effort. The end link had to be removed during the kooks install because the factory exhaust is huge and super bulky. Removing it helped the exhaust clear everything.

Great video you should be Corsa salesman, questions what year truck and was it a problem near the underbed mount footstep,website says won't fit 2020 new style with bumper mount pedal.

Thanks! My Rebel is a 2020. I don’t have the rear step so not an issue for me. My guess is the exhaust tips probably interfere with the step

I install that system on my Rebel GT and I’m not sure if I make the right decision, don’t get me wrong it sounds amazing but I want a little bit more louder and now I’m stock I’m not sure if I go and change the muffler to Flowmaster Super 10 to see if get louder or find any other solution

Id be sure you are standing outside of the vehicle. Have a friend drive your truck by you. The corsa system is extremely loud but also well designed so you barely hear it in the cab.

My corsa sport does not sound like that. On my Escalade it sounds very tamed. I have single tip exhaust. Wonder if the dual makes the difference. Very disappointed.

Hey, a local! I used to hunt in Homer Glen! Grew up going to Bengtson's every Halloween. Cabin noise is barely noticeable with the Corsa Sport system. Now with the extreme (I will feature in my next video) you can certainly hear it more but even with the Corsa being a loud exhaust, the sport version creates no cabin noise. I think my tires (Duratracs) are louder than that system.

We’re you able to get the driver side stock tailpipe & muffler off without having to cut it? I only have regular Jack stands and can’t lift the truck that much. I didn’t know if I would have enough leverage to snake it out.

You could always lower the rear axle instead of lifting the frame. It opens up the space between the axle and the bed underside so shimmy the system out without cutting.

Check out my rear spacer project, you could probably drop the axle that way. Should be able to use the jack that came with your truck.

So if we have for example a 2019 model that doesn’t need the mid muffler delete pipe in this system already delete the back resonators would that be considered extreme already for us and all the ram trucks no matter which one it is still be at sport level sound?

Some rams do not have the mid pipe resonator. In this cases if you install the Corsa sport system on the truck, it will sound like the extreme. If, like in my case, you have the mid pipe, the sport will be relatively tame until you can swap out or remove the mid pipe resonator.

Do you know what I would need for a 2021 Ram warlock crew cab? Short box. Guess they call it like the 1500 classic.. I think it’s basically like the rebel just a different front? Thanks for any input.. looking for just the can, tail pipes and tips. I’m pretty sure my resonators are in the tail pipes before the tips… thanks again

The 1500 classics are rebadged 4th gen Rams, the kit I installed on my truck will not fit the 4th gens. The Corsa website would be a good starting point.

Did you have to cut the stock exhaust to get it off when not having it lifted?

Nope use a car jack to lift the rear a bit. Also remove the spare tire and heat shields so you have enough room to work

Recently just got the exhaust and installed it, any tips on getting it centered? The right side keep going more towards the middle of the truck, should I tighten the clamps going from back towards muffler or muffler to the back? Thanks

I’ve heard that a lot, I’m not sure which Rams came with and which ones without. I know my 20 Rebel and my dads 20 limited came with them. What year and model truck do you have?

@@WaterFowler41 I had a 20 Bighorn ORP that was totaled, didn't have the resonator. Just picked up a replacement 21 Bighorn and it's the same, no resonator. The 20 was eTorque and the 21 is non eTorque.
