My long-awaited face paint tutorial, featuring Eridan Ampora from Homestuck! Here I explain my makeup process step-by-step, with links to all the products I use.

This was real helpful thanks, I didn't even know about the character base and that was REALLY helpful also I think somewhere you might have been hinting to seal the paint so I'll keep that in mind, thanks again!

my wig is an black marty from arda wigs, and that's almost what it looks like out of the bag minus a little fluffing. the purple bangs are handsewn in, though!

i know this video is like 5 years old and the creator is probably not active anympre, but dose anyone know if i just need 1 type of body paint if its the correct color??

AHA i’m still active, just haven’t gotten to posting on youtube in while! if you have a lighter skin tone, you’ll probably be fine! i mostly use the character base because it helps the paint look smooth on darker skin tones!

I can't find grey bases where I live, so would it be too weird if I use a white instead of grey?

i think it depends on your skin tone! if you have a lighter skin tone, you may not need to use a base at all - i need to use one because the mehron is too transparent against my skin to be totally smooth. no matter your skin tone, i think a white base might work if you don't mind your gray being a little lighter.
