I put together a total of ten chairs and number nine had an issue. Once you put the two sides in place there is a center support the goes between the sides and it was 1/8th inch too long. I opened chair number ten and compared support pieces, it was definitely too long and I used a circular saw to trim it. I wish I had done a follow video to show the manufacturer's defect. Glad it was long and not short. Enjoy your chairs!
Well I have to commend you for your well chosen advice on this one. Most people seem to have trouble tying their shoes let alone assembling something as very easy as this. Maybe they've had too many Stella's b4 assembly, who knows. I do not envy you with all those chairs to be put together but I sure hope you have enough beer! As always, a well put together video.
Haha, Polywood is high-density polyethylene (HDPE) plastic, in particular, is extremely durable and weather resistant. I am helping save the planet because it is all recycled plastics.
