Consider shifting your mask up from the bottom, then pull the ear pieces downward - when you have the best fit, make a small fold in the ear piece and put a couple of hand stitches of thread to tighten. Once you have your snug fit and stitch you won't have to adjust constantly ;)

I disagree on the liquid iv. If you’re playing sports or working out, the sugar is necessary for energy. A lot of athletes use Gatorade for the sugar aspect and the energy boost. The dextrose is great for that. Look up intra workout shakes

How about the ordinary supplements: vitamins C, B complex, D, etc.

2:47 some of us use it as a replacement to soda which is why we don't care about the sugar it's more of a way to drink something sweet and healthy (by comparison) yes it's a lot of sugar but were going from a lot to less in that regard.

Love your videos, but during this time I really think we would all understand if you tape voiceovers once you get home. It would be safer since your mask keeps falling down, and it would get you in and out of the store quicker (again safer). Plus, with the mask we are not seeing much anyways, and it's hard for you to talk so we can hear.

Turmeric is not good for people with any type of gallbladder issues or problems or gallstones . Turmeric can hurt them very much if they take any type of turmeric when they have any gallbladder issues or gallstones. Love your videos 😄

Liquid IV glycogen is important for those who work/ exercise outside. Great product for long distance sports.

Somehow it doesnt make sense to me that natural flavors have to always be made of bad stuff. For instance, the quality brand Vital Proteins does everything right, including using grass fed proteins, only to sabotage the product with a "bad chemical" like natural flavors? I would love to know exactly what Vital Proteins say their natural flavors are made of. Bobby that could be a huge "get" to find out from Vital Proteins what specifically goes into their natural flavors. As a promiment social influencer and in the spirit of transparency they should be happy to talk to you Bobby. You always ask what we wuld like to see. This would be fascinating to even get a report about natural flavors from the brands that you recommend overall.

I really mean it.I use Puritan's pride which is on the internet and usually when you buy one you get two bottles for free it is not a gimmick he company and I wouldn't be suggesting it because I use all of their vitamins and I mean I spend about $150 a month on supplements plus eating whole foods.check out their prices on the internet and you will see what I'm talking about the other site that is more expensive is LIF extension or life extension internet and I normally check for them because of the superior quality of their items on ebay to see if that item is listed separately by someone else. So Bobby the organic multi vitamin supplement made of whole foods is safe to consume in spite of the maltodextrin, because I just need something to compliment my healthy eating lifestyle and I can only afford the collagen powder and the omega 3 salmon oil, can't afford more than 30 dollars on a multi vitamin supplement, the Costco one is pretty affordable though.

Costco use to copy all the ingredients from different brands and keep their krickland version next to actual brands ( eg: multi vitamins one day and krickland version multi vitamins) and they keep price low on krickland products.
