I think almost nearly eating a lethal amount of menthol has brought Mr Sausages cooking career back too life two banger recipes in a row. I would totally try this if it was served at a fair.
This is an interesting idea that hasn't run my mind yet.... wrapping the sausage in something, rather than filling it. We have to revisit some with this.
Wouldn't work. A cotton candy machine works by melting the sugar and blowing it out in then hairlike strands. Ground hotdog powder would not melt. Might light on fire though, so that would be fun.
idk why he does this but I love the way whenever he puts half a point in the score it's like his brain shuts down temporarily it's always like "I'M GONNA HAVE TO GIVE THIS ONE A FOUR........................................................................AND. A. HALF.................................................................OUTTAFIVEEEE"
Gentle reminder that a hand made from scratch smoked sausage made out of brisket trimmings scored half a point less than a microwaved hot dog covered in spun sugar.
This recipe is originally from *Killer Klowns from Outer Space.* You're just substituting a hot dog for the human body in the center, to make a smaller serving.
Another carnival classic in the making for sure but I think we can go a level higher and wrap a corndog in cotton candy for the ultimate carnival gut buster.
Good to see you back. I honestly thought the Menthol fiasco would be the end of you…… Still think it might be prudent to get a PET scan…… Keep up the good work!
You should try something that cropped up at a hot dog place that shut down a few cities over. It's called the 'cartoon dog'. It's a hot dog with peanut butter, grape jelly, and some capn' crunch cereal.
Dear Mr Sausage, I hope you find this message. I have enjoyed your content very much. I could never have imagined the things you have done to, with, and for sausage on your journey of culinary discovery. As you have learned, there are many things that pair well with pork. I urge you to continue to discover, as there are so many more things just waiting to be found. The world of spices, and herbs is vast. Sage, Coriander, Thyme, Parsley, Oregano, Cilantro; or even Asafoetida lie in wait for you to find and implement into your sausages. I can only hope that this finds you well, and that your fortitude will allow you to step foot into the robust world of herbs, where such concoctions as pork sausages flavored primarily with Rosemary, Chives, or Sage lie waiting for you.
