600 g all-purpose flour
pinch of salt
350 ml buttermilk*
(*alternatively use 250 g yoghurt + 100 ml milk)
50 g sugar
½ cube of fresh yeast (=20 g)
or 1 pack. instant dry yeast (=7 g)
1 egg size M at room temp.
70 g butter, melted
Filling:
80 g very soft butter
150 g brown sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon (=5 g)
Moreover:
80 ml cream
Topping:
50 g soft butter
70 g powdered sugar
vanilla
150 g cream cheese at room temperature.
20 ml milk at room temp.
