You need to connect via usb cable to android and send the video via Bluetooth. Only use the included usb to usb c cable as nothing else worked.

A good mid range is the Topdon Artidiag 800BT it’s blue tooth connected so no wires It has Wi-Fi A web browser Reads all modules Has 28 reset functions It has live data The only thing it doesn’t have Is that it’s not bi directional But a great thing is free updates for life Cost about 375 on Amazon I have this model So far no problems It works well Lots of videos on here about them This guy also did a review on this AD800BT

@@coltonlodge693 I think the phoenix elite comes with two years of free updates So you have to compare that with other brands that don’t And also what the phoenix will cost you after the two free years is up I have to say with mine I have had no problems Even with no bi directional I can still figure a lot of things out with the live data

Hi Colton, Here is my video on the sub $1000 scan tool I would look at ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ZHd0YUIruW0.html And the 800 bt is very similar to this ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Ewky_DsA0MI.html I link the mini better myself and it has bi directional support at $50 per year per make and also this completely option.

Would you recommend this or the Topdon Phoenix Lite 2 for a diy hobby workshop? We would like to use diagnose, erasing faults, service functions, code parts like ABS modules,... We would also like to diagnose OBD 1 Mitsubishis, BMW and Toyotas. Elite 1600$ Lite 2 800$

TOPOLOGY literally is BULLSHIT. I thought it showed you something vitally important. NOPE. Just marketing poop. I think the background data is same as Autel just the case and the screen layout from that data is different. I am not a China lover for sure. They agree with Russia over Ukraine. EXACTLY.

The special functions wont all work on every car. And if like Autel then most that are said to work wont work. I have Autel Ultra and im 608 pro. I know China dont care about us. They have tool coverage website and the data is crap. I am only here after scanner dinner showing this tool. Does not mean that its good even though it looks great.

Not sure what functions you mean but I have 2 of the named brand tools and so far so good. Is just that you need to understand how stuff on vehicles work and how to use the scan tool and you will be surprised. And regarding the special functions there’s lots of limitations in any tool out there it’s just they all have strong and weak points .
