Peel Regional Police is pleased to announce the launch of a Countering Hate training module designed to address hate crimes in our community. Our team of experts co-developed the module, which is now accessible to everyone. It covers a range of topics, such as recognizing hate crimes, reporting incidents, and supporting victims.
Education and awareness are key to combating hate crimes and creating a safe and inclusive community. Therefore, we encourage organizations, businesses, and places of worship to contact us directly at DEI@peelpolice.ca to arrange for a team member to deliver the presentation to your group.
Our team will work with you to schedule a convenient time and location for the presentation. We are committed to working collaboratively with the community to address this important issue and look forward to hearing from you.
