This is an easy recipe for smoking country style pork ribs. This was done on a Master Forge 2 door propane water smoker. However, this will work just as well on an electric smoker and even better results on a wood burner/stick burner type smoker.
My recipe included:
-2 bottles of Stubb's BBQ sauce - Sticky Sweet
-10 or 12 ounces of pineapple juice
-2 Tablespoons of honey
-Oklahoma Joe’s Rib Rub - See recipe below.
-Apple wood chips for a sweet and delicate smoke flavor
-Smoker temperature should be adjusted to chug-along around 250 degrees F.
4 to 5 hours in the smoker, Total Time.
Shoot for an internal temperature of the meat to be about 180 to 190 degrees F.
One to two minutes to caramelize the sauce on hot coals or a gas grill will work just as well.

YIELD: 1/2 cup
INGREDIENTS:
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
1 1⁄2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 1⁄2 teaspoons chili powder
1 1⁄2 teaspoons paprika
1 1⁄2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
