As an American, I’m not gonna say I love China, but I still understand what you mean. There are good and bad aspects to everything. Don’t even get me started on my country, which is figuratively in fire right now with the up coming elections. To anyone from China: I apologize for the media’s actions. Love all of you!

I'm studying culture studies with a specialization in Asian Culture. We learn there about culture and history, and If I didn't go to this course I wouldn't learn so much about China. I had a class about history, modern history and culture of China, and there I have learned all about the horrible stuff that is happening or happened there. It's easy to blame it on China and all Chinese people (because for west cultures they are "Weird" and "immoral" because of standards that are here) for all the stuff that is going on, but we have to remember that it's not all these people fault. On the contrary - Chinese people are the ones who suffer the most because of their country's politics. Dear zhenjiao Chi, I hope that you are doing well and I hope that one day people will stop judging Chinese people so harshly. I love your art and I wish you all the best. (sorry for this rambling, it's kinda hard to express this kinda complicated thought in not my native language, I hope that you understand)

It's funny how the west portrayed China as a bad country when China didn't even meddling with any war in the Middle East. For me, Malaysia and China has a long relationship for hundreds of years. Of course, it has up and down. But hey, every relationship like that. 1/3 of malaysian is chinese and i could keep seeing chinese heritage and culture implied in Malaysia even thou it's mixed with other ethics. It's a blessing for me.

What a lovely work once again! And i completely agree on your message. People often hold animosity towards other just based on the country and “history”. In my eyes its rarely the people anyways? Countries are represented by their governments and its not the people starting wars and etc. In my eyes the country is the people, yet they’re most of the time nothing like their government, which makes the decisions. So while I understand someone trashing Chinas government for their policies, shitting on China itself or its people is horrible and unwarranted >:[

With the Covid-19 stuff going around (I live in America) some ppl around me are saying some stereotypical things and quite racist things about china but I think this is like that part where America is saying some I think negative things to china. i agree 110%, China is blamed alot even when there is no evidence for the event. China has grown alot over the past decade and i respect that. i dont understand why people mention racist quotes about China and its people. there is nothing wrong with them. I so agree, a lot of people in my life don't like china because "they only care about money" or "they only care about themselfs" and other mean stuff, and i always try to keep it positive, but they wont change. its not china's fault really its the people who says china is bad, and all those bad words about china get into people's minds really easily. This is beautiful and it makes me want to be a part of this fandom but, I'm so bitterly jaded politically that the very idea that a country and its government could be personified is upsetting. Especially since governments don't usually represent it's people, I get torn on how these characters are supposed to be written.

哇噻！你的動畫好厲害！ your art is really good, and though i’m late to the discussion, i did want to weigh in a little. i’m taiwanese, so my opinion of china’s government is very negative, but this does not mean anything about how i must treat other people or cultures. chinese people are not their government, and criticism of governments cannot and does not mean that people can be treated as less than simply because of country. as far as media, i think it’s important to point out issues, especially human rights violations by every government. there needs to be accountability and i hope that the media and people in general do their best to put accountability on their governments and histories. this is becoming long, so i just want to finish by saying i’m sorry for being late to the party and i really liked your art, especially the smoothness

As someone who try's my hardest to keep up with American politics, I can agree that we throw China as a scapegoat for so much of what goes wrong, and although their government has issues (I mean with our current gov. We got no room to talk), that shouldn't be a reason to put judgment on over 4 billion people, because we have bigger issues, and just attempting to blame China is childish and self destructive. ( sorry for the rant, American fend up with my governments nonsense )
