Thanks for sharing. I added turmeric for color and nutrition. A little pepper to help the turmeric. How long does the cheese kast in the fridge and can it be frozen?

You’re very welcome 🙏😊. The turmeric sounds like a very beneficial and interesting twist, we love the idea😋💚💚💚. The cheese will last approximately a week in the fridge (in an airtight container) and we do not recommend that you freeze this cheese as the texture will change due to an elevated water content. You could halve the recipe if that suits better. 💚🙏😋😊🧀✨🍀🌱

Olive oil sadly can’t be used in this recipe, coconut oil, once cool goes solid and is key for this recipe to work🙏❤️🌱💚🥰😋

It should keep for 5-7 days, depending on fridge temps/air circulation etc. we look forward to hearing how you get on with it🥰💚😋🌱😋🙏✨

Make sure to keep it in a Tupperware style box to stop it from drying out and having to discard the edges.😋😉

Yes, of course you can, it’s not essential and does nothing for the texture. If you like (diet depending), it can be substituted with liquid aminos or coconut aminos if you want the umami flavour. They are soya free, also, there are a variety of soya free miso pastes available.

Yes you can! We used soya free miso. Alternatively, you can add coconut aminos. We’ve done this recipe without miso before and it turned out just fine💚🙏😊

Unfortunately, I made a mistake in the video and didn’t put soya free miso😫. The miso in my cupboard is from the health shop I worked in, not too long ago. We regularly had things given to us to try, so that we could give feedback on the products to stock in the shop (this particular packet of miso was soya free!) We both overlooked the fact that normal miso contains soya! I think we will get some interesting comments for this error! Hopefully people will be gentle with us🙏🙏🙏🙏🍀🍀🍀🍀 thank you for your support. 💚💚💚💚

@@tastyveganbites Well...where I live it's very hard to have miso let alone soy free... That's y I asked... And ... It's not a mistake... I really love your recipes... Simpler than Indian ones with loads of complicated ingredients... Being vegan... Most of the time ...the Indians ones are the only ones I find... But now got a new tasty vegan channel..❤ Thanks from the heart...💛

Thank you 🙏 . Miso/soya free miso are really nice, but it’s not really necessary and won’t affect the flavour in a detrimental way at all. There are quite a few cheese recipes that we make on a fairly regular basis and most of them are quite easy to make, not requiring hard to get hold of ingredients. We want to expand our cheese videos as this is one of the key parts to so many peoples diets. It was also the thing that I missed the most (flavour/texture) when I decided to go vegan. It’s always great to have some good vegan cheese recipes available, it can make a meal so much more interesting💚😊😋🌱. Thanks again for your kind words. 🙏💚
