Yes, we normally fry them, they are even nicer that way. The reason we didn’t fry them in this video was to show that it isn’t necessary and hopefully it will appeal to more people. So many people don’t want to eat fried food and RU-vid is a place where we receive all sorts of nice and sometimes not so nice comments!!! @@lovegoddess1070 we have made other kinds of vegan meat balls with banana peels and they are equally awesome. It takes a while to save up enough organic banana peels to make the recipe though. I say organic, because if you look into the kinds of pesticides/herbicides they use with non organic banana production, you would have a bit of a fright! The meatballs can also be baked, they might need a brush with some oil before going into the oven, just to make them a bit more appealing and so they don’t stick to the tray. I’m sure there are other veggies that would work very well. I will ask my wife when she gets back and will let you know. 🙏💚😊😋🌱
