Technically it came out last decade, it originally dropped in the east Asian market at the tail end of 2019, but the American, European, African, and Oceanic releases didn't come out until 2020. And of course, it didn't get big international attention until 2020, so I can totally agree with it being considered part of the current decade. What a shame that we'll probably never know who the original artist is. I bet they couldn't match the level of attention and influence with a follow-up even if they tried.
