It's an act. Since Jerry said "All in" they've appeared on ESPN and FS1 as much as the 49ers and Chiefs... This is how you get a perenniel 1rd playoff exit team to be the most valuable sport franchise in history. For those who don't get what I'm saying, the Cowboys culture is all on purpose but not for winning a SB, it is for winning at business. It is the best run sports business in the world. But over 30 years that has gone further and further from winning SBs. It goes to show that those two goals are not the same thing
