We show you the basic setup for the Aquafuge2 Hang on back Refugium.
The AquaFuge2 provides ideal growth conditions for food items, such as copepods and ampipods, to feed invertebrates and fish in the main tank.
It provides a controlled growing area for macroalgae, which can be used to reduce "nuisance" algae in the main tank and provided a "nursery" area for a variety of organisms.

What to do about water noise flowing back into the display tank?

the pump that came with this kit dose not fit the intake tube and will not connect like it is shown here in the video. looking at the pump that came with my kit, it looks like a completely different model of pump. it has a clear plastic sort of half cover over the part that is meant to connect to the refugium intake tube making it impossible to connect. customer service did not pick up when i had called. is there a way to resolve this?

Will the large fuge fit over a aqueon 125 rim?

The tank in this video is a standard glass 125 gallon aquarium. The AF2 Refugiums will fit tank rims up to 2" wide.

Is there supposed to be any water noticeable movement in the refugium, after it's all filled up? Mine seems pretty still so I wanted to be sure 5gats how it should be
