you are by far the only cradle fan ive seen that seems to be intelligent in any way. i could not agree more with what you just said. you are completely correct. i find its sort of ironic that cof dont attract a very intelligent crowd seeing as how they themselves are extremely well educated and open minded individuals.
It's interesting how we truly hear the voice of Dany Filth in this video!! And sorry, this doesn't sound like the albums! But we have to recognize the presence, intensity and control he clearly delivers in this performance! That's why Cradle Of Filth is one of my biggest inspiration! I like songs like this one!
Damn this is DVD is good.. Long time i was planing of buying it, but now im sure i will. Sick vocals on this1, still would be interesting to see some new live material from Cradle.
Why do so many idiots always accuse any band that change in style of "selling out". Obviously they are getting paid more now than they were back then, that doesn't mean that they compromised their artistic integrity to do it! Dani has said in interviews that he hates having to perform the same songs over and over, don't you think that if you'd been performing the same tracks since your late teens you might be inclined to do something new?
@MasterJiet Cruelty brought thee, some decent jokes! Some of the best jokes out there are plain cruel ones, therefore we need to thank "cruelty" for bringing us these great (albeit mean) jokes. Sorry couldnot explain it much better as of now :p
@MasterJiet I think he was just changing it up since during this era he annouced everysong the same way. He also would usually make jokes at the crowd if they werent as into it as he likes.
@siamois71 now my friend they are less then shit live and in studio - imo ofc... But back then when i used to listened to them this shit was crazy... believe me
CoF through the many years have had episodes of superb artistic and musical ability though unfortunately these episodes are interspersed with periods where they turn out some real shite.Around this time they produced some class albulms and fantastic music,but after the line up changed (again) it all went down hill (again) only recently have they started to produce one or two tracks worth listening too.
why cant cradle make their new shit like before?....serious shit,,,ever since they went to sony and then roadrunner they just gone bad.... damn,,,a perfect example of a band being great and now...Nothing. Midian and before albums were good.
