Still working on making my large roll around box, this Craftsman toolbox was probably made by Kennedy, I believe they still make this model, it will make a great addition to my set!!!!!!!!!
I took auto body when I was younger and I really was not that good, but I loved it, I had the hardest time learning how to buff paint, I suck at that, to me that was the hardest thing to learn, I always seemed to burn the paint!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have the same machinist box. Mine is the original brown wrinkle finish. I believe both Craftsman, Kennedy and Waterloo boxes were made by Waterloo Industries. Looks like yours is missing the front drawer cover that locks all the drawers. it gets stored under the last drawer when not in use. The cover relies on the lock to keep in closed. Great Video, Great job as always. I'm one of those guys that is hooked on your channel for upcoming videos. So please keep them coming.
I know it says Craftsman but I'd swear that's a Kennedy Machinist Box based on shape and those drawer pulls. Maybe Kennedy rebranded theirs as Craftsman??
I went to Auto Body school myself and I only use that type of gun I don't really like the gravity feed guns. I've been doing auto body and building cars for 35 years
You are more skilled than me, I have only painted 17 cars and trucks, the body work is what I dread the worst, I hope I explained it so others could understand? what do you think?
No I did not, if I would have I would have used a high build primer, but I was short on time, but the original paint still makes a good base, but still should have used primer where I hit bare metal!
