This time swapped the bobweights from the 2nd gen 72 crank to the 1st gen 72 crank. The weight is the same at 840g. The 1st gen crank is lighter, thinner counterweights, it balances different. Here I've added magnets to the counterweights to see how the balance changes.
I've now moved the magnets around and I get the best balance putting them on the same side as the bobweights, meaning they need to be slightly heavier for this crank. 5g each for a start.
