Hi Martyn, Looking good! Must be a relief getting that screen in.. not easy. The only other small piece of advice I would give you is, if you are satisfied with the position of the screen, then run a small bead of screen sealer under the pillar seal and the screen seal. Rainwater will get behind them, especially in the small hole created where the wing and scuttle join. The water then tracks across until it meets the mounting hole for the windscreen pillar resulting in a wet leg and/or carpet. Ask me how I know 😊 Looking forward to seeing the dash in.
Morning Carsten, I took enough stick over "the crack of doom" now I have a possibility of a "wet leg", can't seem to win here. To get a wet leg I have to go out in the rain, right now I can't see that happening, however advice heeded and I will do, I also found the cap head bolts a lot easier to work with to secure the screen. If I can get the dsh in without scratching the wrinkle finish paint that will be another milestone.
