Consider: A Mii costume gets revealed to be the creepy Crash suit from all the ads, and then just as people’s hopes are dashed, it transitions into a cinematic that reveals the real Crash got in too- perhaps as a last callback to the K Rool/Banjo reveals?

20:33 in my mind, Crash’s ideal final smash would be similar to Flash’s super from Injustice 2, but Crash would initiate the FS by donning an Aku Aku mask, charging forward, grabbing anyone in front of him and dashing into a Warp Sphere.

I don't like Crash, but similar to Waluigi, you helped me to appreciate him with your deep dives into all Crash games to make a convincing moveset. So thank you. Since I draw my own Smash Bros movesets, I know that it takes time to polish your ideas and to re-do concepts. Creativity can't be turned on like a faucet, and your meticulous editing style can't be rushed. Angel Crash is pretty clever, but I don't think he needs it melded with his moveset. I would prefer it more as an K.O. animation, but you balanced it well as a mechanic.

I used to think that, but after looking better at Joker's moveset, there's no need for the character to follow 100% what he can do in his moveset, just showing who the characters is is already enough, just seeing a super cartoony character like him would already be enough for him to be a good choice

Some additional ideas: * If Coco can't be a skin or echo, include her in Crash's taunts, victory screens, and Final Smash, a taunt where they high-five or fistbump would be perfect * A lot of his animations should be very cartoony like when getting zapped by electric attacks he will spasm while his body shows an x-ray effect with his skeleton showing just like how they used to do in SSB64, fire attacks will leave him all ashy, bury attacks will flatten him, etc. * His death animations can be super cartoony as well, such as his blast KO launches his shoes upwards or opposite his launch direction, in stamina battles there can be death animations when he loses a life, such as him disintegrating to a pile of ash with eyes when he is KO'd by a fire attack, same when KO'd by electric attacks, his whole body disappearing and launching his shoes upwards a bit when KO'd by a bomb or explosive attack, his soul sprouting wings and flying upwards when KO'd by an instakill attack like Whack/Thwack, etc. * His victory theme should be the CTR victory theme that overrides the regular victory theme

I think Crash's final smash should be when 3 Aku Aku crates fall on his head. He the rushes forward as invincible Crash and any players hit will be sent into a cinematic. The opposing player is suspended in space. Meanwhile Crash is down on Earth and hits the button that triggers Dr. N Brio's laser. Hitting the other player in space. This is a reference to one of Crash 2's endings.

I've had this idea for Crash's final smash for a while, though I don't doubt someone else has thought of this exact thing but here it is. It's starts with Crash putting on Aku Aku asthe invincibility theme plays. Then, like Wario's and King K. Rool's final smashes, Crash dashes across the stage and whoever he hits gets knocked off screen. Then a quick cutscene plays (because of course it would be a cutscene) of the first character that got hit crashing into the results screen area from Crash 1. You get where I'm going with this, they get pelted by hundreds of crates machine gunning down at them. Maybe the last crate is a Nitro and blows up idk

I thought it would be like this. (Cinematic starts) Crash does a bunch of all out spin attacks and the when the opponent is down he uses the wumpazooka (I call it that) and fires a barrage of wumpa fruit and then the opponent with enough damage get launched of the screen. The skin ideas I had were all his pallet swaps from CTR, colours based on Pink Fake Crash, Evil Crash and Carbon Crash (Titans P2), and Biker Crash. Coco could get her CTR pallet swaps, an Ami colour, a Dark Coco colour, a Nina colour, and Princess Coco or Unicorn Onesey Coco. His Classic Mode route should be "Console Wars", where he fights all the console mascots - Sonic, Terry, Steve, Mario, Cloud & Sephiroth, and of course, Crash himself. Coco's Classic Mode would be "High Q", where she fights the smartest/wisest people in the roster - Ness, Mewtwo, Zelda, Robin, Dr. Mario, and Snake.

Great job as always, Mr. Hamm!!! I would also like to send my sincere gratitude to all the people who made this video possible. As for the Sonic's ball problem, in my most humble opinion, it's really not that bad as it was back then. This is kinda unrelated to the video but as for the Spindash and Spin Charge thing, I've been kinda playing Sonic for a little while just to get a feel for the character and I honestly don't have any complaints about his specials anymore, except maybe change the color for the effects of one of the moves to further distinguish them from each other. They both have their uses and it's honestly up to the player if they'll use these moves or not. Looking forward to the next video Mr. Hamm, I already know it's gonna be outstanding!!!

This was a phenomenal video. I would like to add some of my suggestions as well: 1.) I think a discussion of which music would accompany Crash’s stage would be pretty interesting. Some of my personal picks would be “N. Sanity Beach”, “The Time Twister”, “Dr. Neo Cortex - Warped”, “Dingodile”, “CTR Theme”, “Hang Eight”, “Snow Go”, and maybe a “Crash 4 Medley”. As for the stage, it would most likely be N. Sanity Beach; though I do like the idea of the stage being Warped’s Time Twister that transitions between different time periods. 2.) For the final smash, it would most likely be the Aku Aku Invincibility Sprint. I was wondering how they could do it, and I agree that it makes the most sense for the final smash to stun players and have Crash rush across the screen in a similar fashion to Ganondorf’s final smash. Other possible final smashes could be a bunch of crates falling on players or Dr. N. Brio’s laser from Crash 2. 3.) I think Crash’s recovery move would most likely be an arrow crate. There’s an artist on Twitter named Kevin Fagaragan who had a cool idea for Crash’s recovery twitter.com/kimmotman/status/1176321220691791877?s=21. It would be a chargeable recovery that would change which kind of crate Crash bounces off of; either being a standard crate, a metal arrow crate, a TNT crate, or a nitro crate. Another possibility for Crash’s recovery could be his jetpack from Crash 2, which would be very similar to Diddy Kong’s jetpack. 4.) And this isn’t really important, but I think it would be neat to have Crash do his crouch and crawl when holding down on the analog stick and moving it left or right.

for the angel thing, I'd have it be more he just has a lot of death animations that actually do something. like if he dies at the off the bottom blast zone, his angel will fly upwards and grab anybody who's in the way to the upper blast zone. and if he dies off the sizes, he gets smacked back as an ice block across the stage, hitting and freezing fighters on his way

I like the entire video but one thing I would change is the Angel Crash part by removing the whole thing of Crash being an angel permanently so that it would work perfectly in smash as a whole, overall great job on the awesome video and such because the art is on point and I like how you try to use Crashes spin move as least as possible.

When Mega Man gets KOd, he explodes in blue particles in reference to his in-game death animation. Crash going angelic could function similarly to that, but because it’s him flying upward, it will only occur if he gets KOd on the bottom part of the screen, showing his angel slowly flying up from the blast zone and vanishing towards the sky. Sending Crash into any other side or top of the blast zone can have his pants and shoes fly out from the zone he flew into, just like how the shoes fly off when he falls into a pit or dies from a bomb.

Wow, your take on Crash Bandicoot in Smash is very creative (better than a moveset I would’ve ever came up with). Kind of off topic, but I just want to mention how well made your videos are. I think you do a really good job at explaining your ideas and making them visually clear as possible. I always see a lot of other people make their own hypothetical movesets for characters in Smash, and they’re interesting and creative too, but my problem with them is that most of them don’t really draw the characters performing the move and instead just show footage of the move’s origin or just play around with JPGS. It bothers me because it doesn’t really give the viewer a good idea of the moveset and makes it look awkward and unprofessional. I mean sure you do that to, but you do at least draw the character performing the animation and use the origin of it as an example instead, and you draw very well on top of that. Needless to say, I’m very impressed with your video, and I’m really looking forward to see what you’ll cook up next time.

Love the moveset! I've wanted Crash in Smash for a while now... this is pretty much how I imagined him! Though one small tweak I'd make would be to make his belly flop his Down Smash, similar to K. Rool and Incineroar's Down Smashes. I really don't like stall n' falls, and I feel like the down smash would be more fitting for the belly flop. You could make the down air similar to his jumping animation and how he bounces off of crates.

OK, how about if Crash holds the B Button when he hits the blast zone, he does the death animation and can delay his respawn. I don’t know how useful that would be, but it might be cool. Maybe give him a few unique death animations that can only be done in Stamina Mode, like him being cut in half when he gets hit with a sword attack.

Crash final smash should be him spinning fast and creating an updraft strong enough to fling nearby characters onto N Sanity beach, where they get chased down by the boulder and eventually get crushed like how Crash does

For Crash’s Final Smash, He should activate his jetpack, anyone who’s hit would be sent flying onto the Cortex Vortex from Crash Bandicoot 2, Crash then body slams the button to fire the beam of Dr Nitrus Brio’s Gem Powered Laser. This is a reference to the true ending of Crash 2

Got an idea for a unique fighter ability: Bury Immunity. Any move that buries won't actually bury Crash. Instead, his head will just scrunch up into his feet and you can waddle right and left very slowly until he springs back up.
