You have to do your due diligence before you allow someone to use your car anyone who used my car I always ask for drivers license and make sure it’s valid on the dmv website it’s called using your God given discernment

Technically you're not supposed to run a yellow either. If it's still green as your crossing into it and then turns yellow then you can obviously finish crossing but if it turns yellow before you reach the crosswalk, you're supposed to stop.
Most of the drivers I have seen, when they approach a yellow light; they keep going, including me. It's like an unspoken rule to go through the yellow light. I live in Florida, so it may be different in other states.
@tchevrier I guess every state is different. After googling, i learned that there are some states that explicitly say, "...stop if it is safe to do so." My state says, "Yellow Light - The yellow light warns that the signal is changing from green to red. When the red light appears, do not enter the intersection."

He obviously had a red. The other car would not be speeding ahead from the cross traffic if their light was still red and everyone else was slowing down. That makes ZERO LOGIC. Bad lie on his part.

The plaintiff was making 😍 eyes at the defendant the entire case. How in the heck are you hanging out with some guy, you don’t even know his real name? Also, I don’t do the club thing, but as far as I know, it’s believable that looking all beat-up, could have an impact on working as a “bottle girl”, because people who are buying bottles are looking for the allure, as she put it. Either way, I don’t think she had evidence of her injuries, so oh well…
TV court shows give the impression that most people are dumb af. I don't understand cases where plaintiff gave defendant access to their car, phone plan, credit cards, debit cards, cosign loans. On Judge Judy, plaintiffs gave defendants access to their homes or lent them THOUSANDS of dollars then plaintiff comes to court surprised and mad defendant was irresponsible.😮
