This is very helpful and practical..however I have a question how long do you have to keep repeating the process until its automatic...or this is a decision you have to make daily.

Daily Decisions made moment by moment. ❤❤❤❤❤❤You can do it! Keep working 12 steps, learning about yourself, and the more you know, the more you will grow. Over time just like going to school, learning to drive or ride a bike, your recovery plan gets easier. Like breathing or sneezing...do as necessary without a thought. GREAT SELF-DISCOVERY!
