Thanks for promoting our one and only Mardi Gras parade in St. Bernard Parish. On behalf of Knights of Nemesis, thanks for all that you do for our parish. Now I'm going to go order a sack of crawfish and get my boil on today. Happy Mardi Gras everyone!
I love how your son is your camera man. Dude you making me homesick every video you post. Especially this one. Love MARDI GRAS and cooking good food and good people.
Crawfish boils always comes with a lot of fun, friends and family. I think 350 pounds was the largest one we ever had. There were people showing up that we didn't know who they were. We decided to shut it down and do a silent auction for the church. It turned out to be a great fund raiser as well as a lot of fun. Always fun to see all of those kids having a great time. Well done video Mr Ambassador. Happy Mardi Gras everyone.
Jared, Thanks for making me so hungry. I like that idea of the pineapple juice. I’ll have to try. The bread looks fabulous. Thanks for taking the time to show us. how you prepare that feast
Man love your recipes. My local crawfish farmer also owns a boiling spot, he starts boiling next Friday. I am ready. Highlight of Mardi Gras is riding in parade. Expensive but it is a blast.
Love me some Mardi Gras and Crawfish, we are going to hit up the Lake Charles parade and cook something crawfishy for sure. God bless and I am glad to see your sub numbers growing.
Hello great video. Love watching you video. Jake your doing a great job with the camera. Glad you got a fishing rod. Thanks for the awesome and amazing videos.
Al that food looked good especially that crawfish bread that stuffing looked good enough to eat on its own. I usually do a crawfish for my kids birthday party every year in April I do about 6 sacks.
My aunt Merle and Anthony Victor Terranova lived in Chalmette . They lived behind the big Kmart. I think it was off of west judge perez . They lived their until Katrina
I see y’all doing Mardi Gras the right way. Ya know Natchitoches is known for its Christmas Festival Parade well I never was one that liked to go be in big crowds so when my family had other family and friends over I’d stay home and cook brisket, leg quarters, sausage and hamburgers along with pork-n-beans
bout that time of year were the crawfish cross I -10 by the millions. Just on the New Orleans East side of the Slidell bridge. You'll know when you see people all over I -10 with 5 gallon buckets and there is a cloud of red dust in the air. Crushed, dried crawfish. Best crawfish I ever had was in Chalmette, might have been that very place.
I love crawfish. Too expensive to have shipped to WY. So I bought some traps to try to catch some. Great looking food. Why the pineapple juice in the boil?
