I made one of these many years ago with my kids and it was no where near this nice. I love how you have executed this project! By the way I can attest to acrylic breaking every so easily! I used that on my first one and every flight I broke at least one fin. I always thought if I was going to build another one of these I wanted to make the fin/motor can removable. IE use mechanical fasteners though the side of the fin to allow access to the whole thing should I need to. (Perhaps if a fin should brake and I need to replace it.) I made them custom to fit the inside of the bank tube. I don't think there are any standard centering rings that will work so you pretty much have to make them yourself.
