+cakeless coder I saw a video of some kangaroos fighting in the middle of the street in Australia the other day. I was like this is normal? The person filming was like it wasn't even a big deal.
Bisi is a genius. Being well spoken and a legitimate master of his craft is a blessing to the auto world. Wish him and his family and business nothing but the best.
+J.L. Henderson (JLHenderson) He'd probably use the rotary like Koenigsegg does in their hybrid to only charge the batteries or deliver higher end power. A twin rotor would be excellent for that.
+Tatenda Jinya (EthosVeritas) How about a custom intercooler that looks good enough to double as a grill? Shaped in a way to fill all the gaps. I think that would be awesome and kinda unique.
Pagani...Koenigsegg...and this guy... people that don't listen to other people when they say you can't do something... not only do they find a way, they make a way as well. respect and props to Bisimoto for doing it YOUR way...
Everyone tells me that I'll never build a badass muscle car and I'll never build the hotrod i want to so I'm currently saving up for a chevy s10 to build a badass streetable hotrod with a 4.3 v6 and my hotrod is a full custom build with a old-school claw style bathtub as the body with a Chevy 305 or olds 307 infront of it with the stance of a old 60s slingshot dragster
@@michaelrusso5909 I'm not saying he should. I'm saying he could. A strengthened original gearbox Prius trophy truck car would be... Interesting, to say the least.
+ 1 snoop There is nothing "genius" about what was done. At a given RPM a vehicle will run a certain speed dependent on weight, tire size and gearing. Horsepower is the amount of time waiting to get you to that speed based those three factors. Heavier vehicle needs more horsepower, lighter vehicle needs less horsepower. Again, there is nothing genius about what he did. This has been done decades ago, only difference now is resolution and processing speed of the ECU, but everything else is essentially the same.
The Reflection I agree to an extent, the Porsche and the Honda are cool and all, but they lack balance and practical purpose, other than for just going fast in a straight line. I don't believe they engineered their vehicles to be anything other than unique though, they were just trying to squeeze power out of untypical motors. Figuring out how to make 1000 horsepower to the wheels in limited stock Honda Odyssey internals isn't something that can be achieved by everybody though.
+Vernon Price exactly my thought. nobody with a porsche would even think about racing you in a Van.... but with a phat intercooler your will have some more opponents
I love it...both cars sound perfect....imagine that van carving the curves by the rock store and everyone that is standing around playing guess that exhaust note, waiting to see what is making that awesome noise......then a odyssey with a ROOF STORAGE box blows past...hillarious
+Keegan Beyer I mean, no disrespect in any manner, that shit is impressive, but are the 1000 at a very short peak in a very curved power band? please don't hate me asking, shit is impressive, but i'd like to know how possible is to make 1000 out of a 4cylinder, keep it reliable and usable.
+omar fuller No worries man, I dont know any technical details. I would assume it wouldnt be that reliable. The power curve would probably not be that linear either. Well considering the fact that its going to be extremely boosted.
@@georgeerhard1949 if you're talking about the 4.3 v6 then yeah they do me and my buddy are turboing his 94 wt/1500 then after we work out the bugs he wants to put a 150 shot of spray to it (hes a bit insane)
A LOT of people HATE this dude. IDK why. I saw a lot of his videos in the past with tons of hateful comments. Glad he's getting good feed back here from the /Drive Community.
Those are some wicked flares on the 76 Porsche Widebody! The body looks absolutely killer. The motor is fucking crazy mate! Nice job on the 911, with your custom, one-off fab work, and the final build! The twin turbos look like a set of "bull's nuts" from the rear, waiting to get spooled! Cheers from Western Australia!!!
that guy is awesome ... his taste and the way he desinged these cars is art ... the engine and other parts of the drive train are also fascinating and amazing ... pure perfection !
This is still the best review ever done on this channel. This Porsche is out of this world and the van is crazy. The second best car ever reviewed on here is the TT AMG
Bisi sure read how to present & sale products in advertising presentation style 101... I'll be honest, it is awesome what he did and he may get my respect but his talks just doesn't sound true coming from the heart... It is like he is one of those sale guys in a retail shop...
+Paul Theuns dude's an immigrant who built his own tuning company from the ground. he's proud of his work and tryna make a name for himself. i think it's great.
+Paul Theuns He impressed me bigtime, if the man has the skill to make such builds, he should have the sales pitch to hook customers into wanting them, and he does. Great work Bisi! This video makes me want to send him my 90hp 1z tdi engine in a 96 passat and see what he can do with it lol.
Increasing boost pressure by gear is brilliant, definitely increases controllability and reliability without sacrificing peak top- end speed . Smart. Well done,Bisi.
I LOVE THIS GUY !!!! OMG I need a job...I'll work for free ...Just teach me. YOU ARE MY HERO !!! WOW...How can you not love this guy ? I DO !!! 4 figures ...HELL YES !!!
Clearly money doesn't buy talent, personal achievement, or desire. Why on earth would you want someone else wrenching on your car? It's not exactly impressive rolling up to a meet in someone else's race car
+4cyl_LOL "Clearly money doesn't buy talent" that sums it up right there. I'm not a car guy nor do I really want to learn all the technicals apart from simple maintenance. By your logic why not build you own house? Not really impressive that some guy built the place you fuck/shit/eat right? What about your own food? Why would you let another person touch what you're gonna eat? Your clothes? You can tailor clothes to your size exactly, why go to the store and bother having to try on crap made by someone else? Your phone? Your computer? etc.
+urgandma lmao! Building a 400hp anything isn't exactly rocket science given the wide spread knowledge available on car forums. Just say it, "I'm incapable of building a car." Also these guys are the last people I would pick to build a Miata.
+4cyl_LOL Care to present your video evidence and dyno results of your 400bhp self-made self-tuned car? Sure, making 400bhp isn't extremely difficult. However, properly tuning everything and maintaining reliability is a rather intricate skill. Since you pissed all over someone else for not building their own car, clearly you've done it at least once. Your data please.
+David Johnson yea the wobbly Recaros would scare me WAY more than the actual horsepower in that car. What's up with that? Did they forget to bolt them down? lol...
+David Johnson that's what caught my attention too. I just spent the entire video thinking: Maybe he is scared because he is loose in the car, and that five point seatbelt would be useless in a crash!
@@katsuyoshihironaka1191 Well this is Bisi Ezerioha we're talking about you don't see that rebar on the back seat a Recaro baby seat he always keeps thing safe
Amani Yuuji, I know I know I was joking because people think that because it’s a Porsche it somehow can’t have a baby seat, 😂lol. Bisi is the man I love this guy and that Porsche is one of the sexiest and fastest that I ever saw👌💪💯❤️
Hey BISI. I remember you from Carlsbad raceway back in the day. You are a true legend. I remember seeing you with your blue CRX back in the day. I remember you breaking records! 14.1 no exhaust smoking that red Comaro! My car was doing 16.1. You probably dont remember me but its Ken. The guy with the red CRX. You did some work for me. Loved it! Your guys drive over 2 hours to repair a problem for me I had for something that went wrong at your shop. Best wishes Bro. Forget any haters! You are true greatness!
I used to work at a Porsche dealer I driven all the models. The first turbo I driven was a 2009 997 turbo. I driven all the NA GTS you name it. That turbo scared the crap out of me. I could imagine going any faster. It only had 470 some HP. Later I driven a 750hp 997 that was a customers. That car put me so far back in my place I was afraid to hit the throttle. I later got used to it after my eyes went into my skull but I thought I was the fastest 19 year old. I can't comprehend a car as light as this and as much power. Holy crap......
ha good luck bruh, you're only ever gonna see this porsche or odyssey. he never brings out the sonata, genesis, 9th gen si, or any of the other cars smfh!!! robbery!
Ian Irizarry Welll, no, it wasn't; it was an etire formula 1 car surrounded by a Espace minivan 'alike' fiberglass bodywork. It didn't even had a van or car interior. This one is the one!
For optimal air flow , and with those filters strapped to the turbos there isn't much to worry about , it's similar to how track cars run a Velocity stack
Reliability in this sense means the engine continues to work without exploding or needing a rebuild. Most people running this level of boost need to rebuild everything multiple times a year.
But don't the turbos suck air in through the intercooler on the whale tail? Maybe I'm not quite getting the turbo placement. Would someone mind explaining?
