@coordinator8925 Not necessarily. I already got a decent physique because of bodybuilding and just got more interested in calisthenics because of him. At 195 lbs for 5'10, don't think a need roids and don't want to eather haha. Have a good day.
I think Baki HD has the most aesthetics physique and also huge legs but Ian comes out on top anyway, also because he is well proportioned and 6'2'', often calisthenics dudes are short

You have _excellent_ bicep genetics, absolutely killer. Not taking away from the tons of hard work you have done just saying thank your parents for being awesome.
@@KekwElehe ain't on nothing the natural limit is bs for alot of guys, yeah he has insane genetics to buld muscle, but you gotta put the work in and train smart
@@hhinsoniv3007You can, it's just much more boring and painful to train legs with your bodyweight than it is with weights ( but you can definitely get jacked with only your BW ). Even if it is painful, doing leg press is so much more fun than doing jumping squats to failure.
@@Drew-qz2wg you will never reach that size naturally. On a proper training program and if you have good genetics you can expect to make 90% of your lifetime gains within the first two years. If you are in this category (it is unlikely because most people are either lazy or don't know how to train) you will only gain 10% more for the rest of your life unless you decide to take steroids. This is actually one of the reasons we decide to take them. Because if you start at 16, by age 20 you are already almost capped out, so you have to make a choice of gaining ounces of muscle a year or juicing.
@@zemm9003 when your natural your muscle its true muscle steroids are fake muscle don't believe me get off the juice and watch yourself shrink it isn't a competition to me I just like to workout the true way I'm never gonna get on the gear I'll just push myself everyday I don't care if I'm not improving as fast as drug users I'll know that this is the way
Do be discouraged, I'm 19 and I can't do both of them, it's okay to look up to others but never compare yourself to them, stay consistent and after 1year you're probably gonna do more than that.
It’s down to food volume over many years, and consistency with training. More training don’t grow you more!! More rest does, along with more food, switching exercises, taking breaks on your muscle then hitting them again a few weeks later, don’t need heavy weights either as growth is not because of extra weight, it’s down to food and rest. You can train as heavy as you wish, if you ain’t putting the food in and resting you ain’t growing
@@attack_on_jjba so? its not like steriods just gives you muscle like that. even if this guy took steriods he still works harder than these couch potatoes
If I would lift weights aside of all the things I can do, I would never be good at calisthenics, you can’t combine full time lifting weights with skills training and weighted calisthenics
pull ups are sach a great exercise and a must to build your posterior chain and give you the wings. even as a bodybuilder with highly specialize equipment at disposal i found my self doing sets of pull ups every now and then
Trust me this man isnt just doing calisthenics.. He's a hybrid bodybuilding, calisthenics, arm wrestling and there might even more things he does that i do not know about
I’m currently recovering from a ruptured distal biceps tendon (now surgically reattached)… watching this gives me motivation to recover… being able to do just 1 pull up will be a major milestone. My goal is to do that by the end of the year.
