This is an easy, beginner level recipe which doesn't require any particular kitchen appliance.
Ingredients:
Terrine:
100-150 gr chicken liver
50 gr Port wine (optional)
500 gr chicken breast
500 gr pork
1 yellow onion (100-120 gr)
120 gr heavy whipping cream
1 egg
13 gr salt
Black pepper and thyme to taste
Sour cherries, cranberries, prunes, nuts, mushrooms (all optional)
Pomegranate coating:
40 gr unsweetened jelly per each liter of liquid
