I have swapped my CRT on 2 different RS660’s. Somehow there was a subtle tone change on mine that I felt mine sounded better. Even though the engines are identical you will always have a minuscule difference in tone. So in a way it is true that two identical bikes may sound a bit different. Camera recording equipment can make a difference in sound too, but no matter how good the recording equipment is, it will never sound as good as live. The CRT on the RS660 live sounds amazing no matter what RS660 its installed on. ✌️
With the full CRT system, can you change between different SC mufflers? I need something bigger for track days. I guess my quesrion is, does the SC1-R share the same front pipes?
Amazing sound, I am looking to add a CRT to my RS660 also. What kind of map did you add with the exhaust? Gabo Racing? Also, how do you get such good quality sound, where do you place your external mic? Cheers
I went with Gabros race map. I have different sound setups throughout my videos. On this video the sound is coming from an internal motovlog mic that sits in my helmet connected to the Gopro media mod. Not the best sound option. I prefer my Gopro with just a wind foam.

Thanks man! I use a Gopro Hero 10 with ND 16 filter, 30 fps at 1/60 shutter and 100 iso. For sound, in this video Im using MediaMod with purple panda mic in my helmet. If I don’t use the MediaMod I just cover the gopro with a foam wind cover. But I also do post production in Davinci Resolve. I adjust the colors a bit to match what they look like in real life.

Θα συνιστούσες αυτό το μηχανάκι σε κάποιον που έρχεται από tracer 9 gt 2021 και θέλει να μπει στον κόσμο των SS? Μ αρέσει τέρμα απλά σκέφτομαι εαν θα με αφήσει ευχαριστημένο. Γενικά ούτε πιστα πάω ούτε των τρελών ταχυτήτων είμαι. Απλά για δρόμο βόλτα κτλ
Θα κρατηθώ από την τελευταία σου πρόταση και θα σου πω ότι βάση του ότι δεν σε νοιάζει η πίστα η ταχύτητα και προτιμάς βόλτες, το RS660 είναι μία από τις καλύτερες επιλογές γι’αυτό που θες. Χωρίς αυτό να σημαίνει πως το RS660 δεν είναι γρήγορο η δεν κάνει για πίστα. Καταρχάς έχει βγει πρώτο στο MotoAmerica Twin Cups και είναι από τις καλύτερες επιλογές για μηχανή πίστας. Ερχόμενος όμως από το Tracer, η αλλαγή θα ήταν πολύ ομαλή διότι η θέση οδήγησης του RS660 δεν είναι πολύ επιθετική όπως είναι το R6 η το RSV4 για παράδειγμα. Επίσης λόγω του ότι είναι δικύλινδρο, θα έχεις ροπή από τα χαμηλά όπως με το Tracer. Είναι πολύ ελαφρύ και θα το ευχαριστηθείς με το πόσο εύκολο είναι να το κουμαντάρεις. Είναι πραγματικά ένα πάρα πολύ διασκεδαστικό μηχανάκι. Για τα δικά μου τα γούστα όμως χρειαζόταν απελπιστικά μια εξάτμιση, διότι δεν είμαι οπαδός του ήσυχου. Βέβαια για βολτάδικο το ήσυχο μπορεί μα είναι καλό. Ανεξαρτήτως των dB, ο τόνος της εξάτμισης είναι μοναδικός. Το μηχανάκι είναι απίστευτο και γι’αυτό που θες πιστεύω πως θα το λατρέψεις. Ο μόνος δισταγμός μου είναι ότι είναι Aprilia, και δεν φημίζεται για την αξιοπιστία του σε σχέση με τη Yamaha. Προσωπικά δεν είχα ποτέ κανένα θέμα, αλλά ξέρω άτομα που είχαν θέματα διαρροής λαδιών. Γι’αυτό αν θα κάνεις την κίνηση για το RS660, θα συνιστούσα να την κάνεις έχοντας έναν καλό αντιπρόσωπο Aprilia στην περιοχή σου. Σε περίπτωση που σου βγάλει πρόβλημα, να σε καλύψει η εγγύηση. Όπως και να το δεις όμως, όπως λέμε εδώ στο Αμέρικα, you can’t go wrong with an RS660 ✌️
Randomly stumbled upon this video again lol. Is this the stock SC Project exhaust or did you remove the db killer or anything? IS it properly loud compared to the stock? (which tbh is kinda loud for a stock if you ask me, my ears will for sure hurt when revving)@@ALFAVITAGA
