For the crust:
300 g of caramel cookies / alternatively other "dry" cookies without filling, e.g.: butter biscuits, cocoa biscuits, ...
120 g of melted butter
For the hazelnut frosting:
300 g of whipping cream (cold)
480 g of full-fat cream cheese, e.g. Philadelphia (chilled)
50 g of powdered sugar

Tips:
👉 If you don't have a cake ring at home, you could also use a springform pan.
👉 The size of this cake is adjustable. You could also set your cake ring to 22 or 24. Keep in mind: this could make the cake a bit flatter. This doesn't affect the chilling time.
👉 Once you chill your finished cake, it's good for 4 days. The longer you chill it, the creamier the texture will be. You could prepare it on Thursday for example and then serve it on Friday or Saturday.
