I would add a 3 cup of chicken broth, and a half a cup or slightly more of heavy cream. Bring it to a simmer if you think it needs more sauce just add a little bit more more of both.❤

You could probably use breadcrumbs as long as you get the crispy effect on your chicken. But honestly the heavy cream mixture would make it tasty either way !
