Butter - 10 g.
Meat or vegetable broth - 150 g.
Cream - 100 g.
Oregano - 1/2 pc.

Parmesan - 15 g.
Parsely
Garlic - 1 clove

Making this now, and it's delish! Didn't have parmesan, so used mozzarella. Letting simmer so it thickens up a bit. Then on to egg noodles!👏🏻👍🏼😘

For the cream what did you use exactly the video says sour cream but the consistency it’s more liquid and the description says just cream?

Our recipe for Jägerschnitzel sauce is almost identical. Except I don't use parmesan or oregano. I use thyme and a little tomato paste. Try it! You may like it 😊

This is a happy kitchen. fresh ingredients, little butter, not forgetting the cream and the music. I bet this will taste super delicious, maybe a splash of port it enhances the favour of the mushrooms ❤
