I have made almost every single one of your recipes and this one is my FAV!!!! I’m eating it right now! I used honey ham steak because I had it on hand, and I used an Irish cheese kinda like Gouda instead of Gorgonzola because I didn’t have that. I LOVE this! Thanks Laura 🙂

@@Its_saada Yes friend! Experimentation is the best chef advice! You can fry and season some crispy tofu with smoke flavor but It won't be the same, proscuitto is very unique. But you can improvise with everything, even chicken!
I go through binge phases with your videos (not because I get bored and switch off but because the algorithm often drops them from my feed for months at a time and my notifs don’t come thru too!) but when they start to come back I love to binge all the content I missed!
I make something similar, EVOO, prosciutto, garlic, tons of black pepper, orecchiette, peas, little bit of cream and a tbsp of butter at the end. Delicious 😋

This is one of my favorite pasta dishes to make when I want something fast, easy and delicious. I usually use thick cut bacon tho, chopped pretty fine. 🙏

As someone who doesn’t eat blue cheese, I think some sharp white cheddar (or even the Unexpected Cheddar from Trader Joe’s that has notes of parm) would be wonderful in its place. Love the video as always, Laura!
