This is a delicious stove-top version of a creamy rice pudding. Thick and creamy with just the right amount of sweetness it works so well with some fresh raspberries. Served warm or cold it makes the perfect dessert.

Oh yeah now ya talking 😊 my grandad made the best rice pudding with skin on the top. Sadly no one ever asked him for the recipe 😔 I'm guessing he used evaporated milk. I'll definitely give this a try. Thanks Geoff 😊

This was my Dad's favourite my gran would make huge ones for all the family and black skin on the top is the best... So stove top is a new one for me.... Looks lovely,,, though very rich... Thanks Geoff 👍👌❤️

The color settings on my monitor need to be adjusted, because the pudding looks GREEN. That had me thinking: why not add essence of pistachio, and a small bit of green food coloring? Top with roasted and salted pistachios. Would contrast, yet pair well with the strawberries. Another great upload. Thank you.

Hih J Fennell. The green colour was my fault, in editing. However I do think some pistachios might work well.
